Based on my recommendation, they also decided to use him for a project. He repeatedly told them he would come out and start but blew off their appointments just as he has done to me. VERY disappointing. again, I have given him more than half a dozen chances to make this right before submitting reviews but apparently he doesn't feel the need. VERY DISAPPOINTING."
