Appear to take advantage of seniors.did half of the work and took off.grossly overstated his cost of material.Was called back four times to finish the job.would only finish the job of i agreed to pay for extra material, which I did. Glad of to get him off the property.

They came, listened to our requests, provided estimate with various figures based on how much we could afford to get done. Then when we called to tell them we wanted them to come and start as soon as possible, came and did all we requested within two days. Our yard had been neglected except for mowing. They had equipment and manpower and worked hard during extremely hot weather to trim trees and shrubs, mow and weed eat two large lots and completely remove rocks, fabric and shrubs from flower bed and re-do it with new fabric and white rocks as requested. They cleaned up and hauled branches to pile we had already started. They were polite, efficient and hard workers! We plan to continue to have them continue to help with our yard work as needed.

Price was right but sod was poorly laid Prep was also poor tilled put not raked out as they said it would.and delay due to mis measurement was un welcome as it rained for 5 days after initial install so part of yard look good the rest is dry even with irrigation .

They did a good job, friendly and good people at a very reasonable price.
