He was on time and did meticulous work backed up with photos and videos. I would highly recommend him for any pressure washing, gutter cleaning or any other services he offers. I do not rate this as a 1 without much delay and hopes that Greg Tyler would do the right thing. But after we have been left with 9 dead patio plants and no grout for our sealed patio I must. Greg Tyler sent Austin to strip the sealant as ir puddled with milky white. Whatever Austin used to strip the sealant before reapplying new sealant killed all of my plants surrounding patio and no grout was reapplied. No one else has been here to work on our patio. We have been waiting for GregTyler. This fall he just said that he was helping hurricane victims in Asheville so I asked that he contact me when that was finished. Haven't heard from anyone. I have before and after photos as evidence with dates.

Easy, simple, cost effective

Excellent customer service. Greg was great to work with and my house looks amazing.

Unfortunately, my experience with Precision was a disaster. At first, I had such high hopes. The owner contacted me promptly, scheduled within a week, and the serviceman arrived early. That never happens! But sadly, that's where the good ends. In a nutshell, they ruined my house. They used too high a pressure without treating the oxidation. My house looks like it's bleeding dirt. It's going to take a lot of time and money to fix. The owner blamed the homeowner (me) for not warning him our house has oxidation. Silly me thought the professional would know what the house needed. I don't know what oxidation is! He came by and sprayed some more water on our house, but it didn't clean up the mess. And now, he's ghosted me. He ruined our house, took the money, and ran. Very disappointed.
