2 story house with debris & tree seeds sprouting into a forest in the existing gutters. Needed them cleared quickly before damage to roof. Wow! Quick response back on query and very quick scheduling for the job. The work was done in one hour to my complete satisfaction! Will be using this company again in the fall when the leaves from 30 ft trees again clog the gutters!

"Hi, Wayne! While we are not sure what exactly you are referring to our stance on gutter guards is this: unless you spend money on the more expensive gutter guards you will still have to have them cleaned. We, unfortunately, have to charge more to clean homes with gutter guards because they have to be removed or worked around for the gutters to be cleaned properly. Because of this, we recommend having a regular cleaning done over getting the cheaper or middle-grade guards because it will not stop you from having to have them cleaned."

I hired them and they said they would be done in one day. That was Thursday. Now Monday still not done. I payed them because my wife was in hospital and I wouldn't be there Thursday afternoon. Hope they show up to finish

"What Randy failed to mention in his review, we originally planned to be done on Friday. On Thursday while we were working our generator broke down. It was immediately taken to a mechanic where he informed us that it would not be ready to run again until Tuesday. Quincy informed Randy of this setback and Randy was okay with this. On Monday Quincy went to check on the generators progress and was informed that it would not be completed until Thursday instead of Tuesday. Quincy immediately informed Randy of that fact and that his payment would be refunded to him in full that day because of the setbacks. The job was completed that Saturday."
