+ -1 moreThrough the years since house was built I have always pressure washed the house and the concrete In the front of the house the concrete was turning black. I called AffordableQuality and the owner told me it was mold. This morning the owner called and said they would be here by 11 am. He and son were here before 11 and check the job and what he quoted me on the phone was the price. They had chemical solution to take care of the mold which was applied. It took him and his son about 3hours and they were done and everything looked great. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who would ask who I used.
Description of Work: Pressure washed entire house, shed, patio, brick, and all the concrete to remove all the dirt and mold that had formed.

+ -1 morePressure cleaned all brick, eaves, deck, window frames, shutters, porch floor, and even the shed! They even returned to clean out a covered drain that had grown thick with roots. Their price was fair and comparable to other estimates we obtained. They were very professional, arrived on time, kept to the schedule and did an outstanding job! This is an older home that now looks new! We highly recommend Ed and his team and we will use their services again!
