Ivo and his crew showed up the very next morning, inspected everything, and got straight to work. They removed the damaged sections, replaced the wood, and installed brand-new shingles. Ivo with graterol roofing is unprofessional, incompetent, unethical and unreliable. HIRE SOMEONE REPUTABLE. He will rob you blind, act like heâ s an upstanding man and then when rain is pouring through your roof from a faulty job he will ignore you and never come back out. This man is 58 years old and should know better than to conduct business this way.

When I first contacted this company, Ivo immediately contacted me and made an appointment and showed up on time. I have solar panels so Ivo had to lift the panels, and discovered squirrels had chewed through my roof . I o repaired ; squirrels came back and Ivo took care of the issue again. This is a business I would use again and recommend to others . Nice to have a roofer that sticks to his word !

They need to have a metal part that need to use to drain the water, and they did not do it.

He came an accessed the problem and completed in the same day. He also pointed out things that i didn't see on the roof. The work was excellent.

Fair price, great work, I am glad I chose this company to do my roof.

Mr.Ivo Graterol came measured my roof gave me an estimate I was pleased so I hired his company. I pick out my shingles which was a 30 yr shingle he gave me new vent pipes and a ridge vent which I didn t have. They installed in one day cleaned up there mess showed me pictures of my roof.I was very pleased would recommend this company very professional he didn t ask for a deposit up front. If you want a honest roofer this is your man.
