It's closer to 12 ft 4 Water ponds in middle of pavers after rain 5 Edges of patio a mess where they dribbled cement. 6 Grass just laid on Edges of patio over dribbled quick Crete. When did grass start growing on cement, lol 7 No sand on Edges of most outside grey pavers 8 Patio lights system with the cheapest transformer $63 known to man. I could of had a 120W for the same money. $1000 was price gouging for a 10 minute install and 150 in supplies. We could have dropped a 14/2 wire under 4x3 walkway and has tons of future lighting possibilities. Thanks for looking after us. 9 U didn't even have the courtesy to walk Brenda around the patio before you dove in for the final payment.
