The tech was friendly. However, he failed to adjust the sprinkler heads for full coverage and I have a large area that is browning from lack of water.

"Did you try calling them back to have them come back out to readjust the head? I had a similar issue I called the office and they had a technician come back out and re adjust my heads to get the coverage I needed. Sometimes it only takes a call to correct things. They take a lot of pride in there customer service and I have to say i was very surprised and how good there customer service was especially now a days."

The installers did as great job. They repaired 6 sprinkler heads along with other parts. I just thought they were a little expensive.

Do not know big this company is , doesn't matter , Oscar the technician is the backbone and future of this company, quick service. All issues addressed and completed. Very helpful and friendly. I will be using them in the future for all my repair or sprinkler needs in the future. I would buy stock in this guy. Really .

Did not show up on schedule date. Did not call to cancel that date or reschedule. Just showed up before calling. Prices were too high. Do not trush them. Tried to find additional problems with system and additional cost. Which I rejected because I was not home. I was at work the day they showd up unannounced. I left work to see what was going on & was late getting back.Would not use again.

"I'm sorry to hear that you had this type of experience with Charlotte Irrigation. I have been using them for years and have never experienced anything like this. They are always on time or within a twenty min window, but they are always in contact with me. They are very reasonably priced, and never tried to go out of there way to find anything wrong with my system, but they do check my entire system to make sure nothing is wrong and if there is they will let me know and I can decide at that point what I would like to go. then technicians, the owner, and the office staff I feel are cery amazing and helpful!!!!"
