We had high hopes based on ratings and communication, but became skeptical the day of service when her team was done in 2hrs (we were told it would take about 4). We moved in approximately a week after the cleaning and found that several appliances were not cleaned as expected including the freezer section of the fridge which had brown stains, the broiler section of the oven which bad crumbs and sticky residue, the washing machine which had hair and debris inside, etc. We clearly did not get out money's worth and we're very disappointed with the quality of the work. I suspect a better job would've been done if we were there in-person, but we were taken advantage of in this situation."

I do steam the floors to keep them clean, but after 20 years, and a previous owner of home, the grout became dirty and in the walk traffic patters black. The grout was originally a light beige. Gerald, came in and did a meaner of area and then a demo--of Tile and Grout cleaning on one of the 18x18 tiles! It was amazing--the tile was much cleaner with the imbedded dirt removed and the grout was clean to perfection--no longer black. 3N1 team moved my heavy furniture, and put back in place too. They were careful of all my possessions and did a GREAT job. Highly recommend them."

I have called numerous times, sent messages numerous times, it is now August and gutters are not repaired. I left a 1 star review several weeks ago and I finally got a return call. Tracey from their office assured me a project manager would contact me within 24 hours. No one has called. Gutters still leaking. I will say it again, DO NOT HIRE HOME GENIUS. Poor quality work. No customer service. Sales representative told us there was a warranty. They Lie. "
