I do apologize for the confusion. Storm windows are not very common much any more. They take three times the amount of work. We remove the storm windows, clean all eight pieces of glass, and then place the storms back into place. This very time consuming. We had you scheduled for out only which did not include taking out the storm windows. Upon arrival, the job scope changed to in and out which did change the price due the storms windows and now cleaning eight pieces of glass versus two. We will get this address with our office staff to ask more questions to avoid any confusion going forward.Service Provider Response

I am very sorry to hear this. We do not normally call to set up appointments for estimates as for most no one has to be home. I do know that our residential supervisor did make a visit to your home twice to make sure everything was done to your satisfaction. This is our busy season but the estimate came in on April 26th and our first trip to your home was May 2nd which is just inside of our three business day window and a return trip on May 4th. Plus we offered a discount. My apologizes that we did not act fast enough, we were within our company guidelines.Service Provider Response

Thank you for your review. I would agree with you that our admin at the time was not the person for the job and that is the reason she is no longer with us. She was only with us for a short period of time. I do apologize for that. That was a mistake on my part as the manager. The prices were based on window count and your home measured at 13,150 square feet. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We are members and certified by one of the top associations in the window cleaning industry. We can not compete with some of the other companies who are not fully insured, not certified, and/or fully trained. We have been in business since 1996 and we do around 5,000 homes per year and have been insurance claim free for the past few years.
