The job on the windows was very good. The screens and pressure washing were acceptable. A few spots were missed on the house and some of the gutters and soffits didn't appear very clean. Some of the screens appeared dirty.

They didn't meet my expectations on window washing. They basically run a squeegee with soapy water across your windows, nothing more. No detail cleaning-very rushed job. My windows had a 1/4 inch thick film at the bottom-they wouldn't take the time to drill down on the window and remove this film. I think the issue is their estimating system-they don't come to your house, they estimate using Google. They need to meet you on site so as a customer you can communicate your expectations, and they can price accordingly. I would have been willing to pay them more for a better job. The technicians were punctual and polite. I would not use Squeegee Pros again.

Upon arriving, they said that because I have storm windows it would be a higher price than originally discussed by 3-4X. I ended up going another direction as the multiple hundreds of dollars in additional cost made this a poor value in my opinion -- I wish they had asked additional questions up front so they could give me an accurate quote, as I would have been able to compare all my options more quickly.

"I do apologize for the confusion. Storm windows are not very common much any more. They take three times the amount of work. We remove the storm windows, clean all eight pieces of glass, and then place the storms back into place. This very time consuming. We had you scheduled for out only which did not include taking out the storm windows. Upon arrival, the job scope changed to in and out which did change the price due the storms windows and now cleaning eight pieces of glass versus two. We will get this address with our office staff to ask more questions to avoid any confusion going forward."

Price is amazing, but you get what you pay for. If you get one of the Angie's List specials, you are their lowest priority and usually need to schedule 6-8 weeks out. The work is always the bare minimum, and we could really tell once we went with another provider. Our last experience, one of the workers was extremely overweight and had to take several breaks inside. He did leave his pole cleaner, which is a plus as I didn't have one at the house. At the same time, price on Angie's List special is amazing. If just a light cleaning is needed and you can be flexible, they may work for you. We've decided to move to another provider.

Gutter Cleaning
Installer did good job. My two story house has a lot of short gutters on corners and gables, which made installation of the gutter guard difficult. Weather conditions were not the best (cold and rainy) which made cleaning of the leaves and pine needles from the gutters difficult. Gutter guard is a very fine mesh that is not visible from ground level.

They called the morning of the appointment to let me know they would be late, but that I did not need to be there for them to pressure wash the driveway. When I returned home that afternoon, the driveway has been washed and looked great.

Very, very well. Gary P and Jose spent 6+ hours pressure washing the home exterior to include polishing the gutters and washing / wiping the windows in a two-story home. This was a soup to nuts job; more than a window cleaning. My wife who is bit OCD loved the results; all I needed to know. These guys are Pros, know what there are doing. We will use them again on a regular schedule.

The guys were very nice and did a good job. But, they showed up 2 hours early without notice. I wanted to clean my deck first so I would not get the freshly cleaned windows dirty right away. It would have been nice to have gotten a call about the schedule change before they showed up. Then I would have done it the night before.

The two men that performed the work were super courteous and did a fantastic job. They were very careful not to bleach our stained wood porch. The house looks amazing. Good as new. We are thinking of using them on an annual basis to keep our white trim white.

We had always loved the workers from this company ,.They have cleaned our home 2 times with great results. This time we are left wit our head in our hands saying what happened. We contacted the office and never received a call and a week later someone showed up to give a quote this would not have been a problem if we had not have had a mother person at our house doing work. we were conversing and the gentleman just came in and started and after about 15 minutes stated I am from Squeegie Pro. He never called us to set up an appointment. We thought he was with the other workman. So when we received our quote we do not even know what he was going to do . As I said we were conversing with another workman. So we were disappointed to say the least. WHAT HAPPENED to our reliable company. ?????????? Not happy with situation. I am truly not sure if I want to hire again. The gentleman is not up to the standards that we used before.

"I am very sorry to hear this. We do not normally call to set up appointments for estimates as for most no one has to be home. I do know that our residential supervisor did make a visit to your home twice to make sure everything was done to your satisfaction. This is our busy season but the estimate came in on April 26th and our first trip to your home was May 2nd which is just inside of our three business day window and a return trip on May 4th. Plus we offered a discount. My apologizes that we did not act fast enough, we were within our company guidelines."
