"Eight days after building my back chain link fence a tree broke in half with the top falling over a section of my new fence. I contacted Tier-1 and they came out within days to assess the damage. Sean walked me through it, what it would take to repair the damage. He even pointed out some things that needed to be fixed under warranty. The day after Tier-1 quoted me a reasonable price for the repair. Soon after, they came out and repaired the section, bringing it back to its original condition.
