"Very late in getting started. Had a storm which did not help but also took them forever to come back. Kitchen tiles cracked and loose after a few months. I will have to get someone in to redo the whole thing. Rot not properly addressed. Door not reset properly. Had to hire another contractor to finish the rest of the work. He found the source of leak no problem and addressed. The backspash, beadboard and cabinetry were all well done. if you have tiling get someone else and hope you are not in a rush."

"Good communication with Troy with whom I booked the appointment. Trip fee slightly higher than others. Tradesman was on time an effected all lock changes save the transition to the digital deadbolt with observation the door it was to be applied to was a 2" depth. The hardware (screws) supplied with the digital deadbolt were no long enough to accommodate and he had none with him so he could not install it. Later I took a shot at it and found the screws from the to be remove dumb deadbolt were exactly the same thread and were the needed length too, so I installed it myself with no problem."
