"Great! I told them I would give them a call to come out and do the furnace this Fall. They were very nice, very knowledgeable and I would use them again. She told me I could get the furnace without the carbon monoxide, I could probably get it for about $69, which is pretty standard I think for what most people have around here. I've seen some people advertise for about $69. I also know the carbon monoxide, because I had one, this gave me a second one, those things are not cheap. They are $20 - $25 to buy one, a decent one. I thought the price was very fair. Their work was good. I was very pleased with them. They got a hold of me fine, it was me that dropped the ball. It wasn't them. They got a hold of me. I had the holidays coming up and I forgot about it. They didn't have to, but they reached out and still honored it and gave me the air conditioner one. To me, that says a lot about them. He was right here when he said he was going to be. She told me I could just purchase another special online through Angie's List. I told her I was going to. I would say they are very good. I would definitely call them again. I plan on having them come out for the Fall for the furnace. She even told me they could check the fireplace. They can show me how to even use the fireplace. I have been here for 5 years and I don't even know how to use it."

"I sent a message through Angies List and they responded almost immediately. I was called and given a 30 minute window of their arrival, plus the technician's name. Then the technician called me when he was on his way. He talked to me then went to work and immediately diagnosed the issue (chipmunk chewed the wiring argh!). He gave me a quote which I felt was quite reasonable and the repair only took about 45 minutes. After that, we spoke further about the Hvac (it's pretty old), he said it seems to be running well but obviously has some age to it. He advised I don't need it replaced but may want to consider some ongoing maintenance. He was nice and professional and answered all of my dumb questions. I would definitely call them again.

"We purchased a new Clayton home in late 2023 and everything seemed good at first. After several times over a year of having HVAC techs from Clayton come out for a cooling issue, eventually the warranty ran out on the AC. Then we had another supposedly reputable HVAC company come out and said it was a lot of issues outside and would cost almost $2000 for a repair that may or may not work. We went thru Angis list and got in touch with Quality Air. The tech came out and went thru our system and located the issue inside that was never installed from the Clayton homes store.
