Small jobs welcome

"Excellent job by Nicolas and his helper with installing new Bermuda sod. He was very prompt, had very competitive pricing, and was professional, courteous, and responsive. My front yard now looks great after looking rather embarrassing beforehand. I would absolutely hire him again for future landscaping work."

"On time for initial project quote, written quote received during project review and work started as scheduled. Did solicit quotes from Non-Angi contractors. Potential for hidden fees and were all willing to reduce price after submitting bid. Silly! With Concrete Service Pros the price was the price. They removed an old drive and walkway without tearing up the yard. Additionally provided excellent ideas for widening the walkway. Project was completed quickly, professionally and with exceptional craftsmanship. Job site was throughly cleaned before departing. So pleased we choose Concrete Service Pros-Extremely satisfied with all aspects of their project management. HIGHLY recommend using them for your concrete work!!!"

"Russ was a pleasure to work with. He came in and completed exactly what we wanted. He did not leave until he made sure we were satisfied with the job. Glad we chose them to clear our property. He was also thoughtful to our yard trying his best to leave it intact as much as possible due to machinery used. All turned out great. Would recommend."

You may need to lay sod on the areas you dug up once you get the okay from the contractor. It will take about 30 to 45 days for the sod to take root. Consult a local sod installer to get an accurate estimate of the timeline of your specific yard-enhancement project.

Since you’ll likely be digging a trench to install your yard drainage system, this is a good time to complete other tasks that involve digging up your yard, including: Sprinkler system installation Lawn reseeding Regrading your yard Redesigning your landscaping If your drain is under a walkway or driveway, your contractor must also remove those materials. This is a great time to consider upgrading your hardscaping features, especially if they’re nearing the end of their life span.

In addition to aloe vera and lilac, other effective humidity-reducing plants include peace lilies, Boston ferns, English ivy, spider plants, and lucky bamboo. These plants thrive in humid environments and can naturally lower moisture levels. Place them in areas prone to dampness for the best results.

During the fall, you’re likely to see foliage in stunning shades of orange, red, yellow, and brown. These colors emerge because of a seasonal decline in the pigment chlorophyll that makes leaves green.

Yes, rock gardens do need water. That said, they typically require less regular watering and, instead, more occasional, deep watering since the rocks trap moisture for longer than mulch. Make sure you don’t water your rock garden too much during the winter.
