However, the day of the scheduled installation, we received a phone call stating the installation was cancelled. The customer service rep was rude, blamed us for not reading the contract and accused us of cancelling which was a lie. Had we not already removed everything from our master bedroom and wasn't expecting company for Thanksgiving, we would have found another company.
