Small jobs welcome

"Palmetto Lawn Service exceeded all expectations when they recently cut and hauled away my crepe myrtles and cleaned my gutters. From start to finish, their professionalism was unmatched. The team arrived promptly, fully equipped, and ready to tackle the job with a level of precision and efficiency that was truly impressive. Not only did they carefully remove the crepe myrtles without causing any damage to the surrounding area, but they also left my gutters spotless, ensuring proper drainage and a polished look. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality are a testament to their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction. By the time they finished, my yard and home were in pristine condition. What truly set Palmetto Lawn Service apart was their exceptional customer service. As a veteran, it was incredibly meaningful to see a company that values and respects those who have served our country. The team was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the results. Their expertise in both yard work and gutter maintenance shows their versatility and dedication to excellence. "I absolutely love this company! I contact Eleven 11 due to I was unable to maintain my home due to I was completely on bed rest my entire pregnancy. Khadijah & Marquis were so attentive to detail. Every visit when they came their energy was beautiful and made me feel so comfortable with having strangers in my home. They asked exactly what I needed to be done and gave me a great estimate. They were wonderful people and helped me beyond words can say while I was unable to clean and care for my home the way I wanted too. I used their services for my entire pregnancy and until I moved out of state 2 months ago. I wish that I can have them to come clean my new home they are the best company Iâ ve ever worked with. While I was pregnant I was unable to tend to lawn care and contacted a company to come estimate my lawn. Marquis was the guy!!! I so happen to be asking him for recommendations for lawn services and he looked at me and said Ms.Martin we got you! By the time I came home from a doctor appointment and saw my yard I was in tears by the beautiful work they have done in side and outside of my home. If you are looking for a Company that has all of your in home and out home needs and make you feel like family and not a customer Eleven11 is the best company. My family and I highly recommend."

Snow Removal questions, answered by experts

Clearing snow from your roof can be a tedious and time-consuming job. Even so, it is extremely important to maintain your roof during the winter months. You can help prevent ice dams and avoid roof collapse.

As a side note, rather than shoveling your roof, you should always use a roof rake to modify the job. Otherwise, call in a professional.

While it is possible to remove snow from your roof without a professional, we don’t recommend it. Accessing your roof can be a dangerous task; pair that with slippery ice and snow that can be heavy to move, and you have a very risky problem on your hands. This dangerous situation becomes more high-risk when there’s a snowstorm or your roof has a steep pitch. To ensure that everyone stays safe, be sure to call a roof snow removal specialist to complete this job with the proper tools and equipment.

The cost to purchase a snow blower ranges from $100 to $2,300 on average, depending on the make, model, type, and age of the machine. More advanced two-stage and three-stage models, which are often self-propelled and include features like power steering and heated hand grips, can cost between $950 and $1,500 or more. If you only need a snow blower temporarily, you can rent one for an average of $75 per day from a local hardware store or rental facility.

Heavy amounts of snow could be a problem. In many climates, lots of snow on your rooftop can lead to freeze-thaw cycle that create ice dams, which can damage rooftops. But if you’re using shingle clips, this snow poses an additional problem: As it melts and freezes, it can easily dislodge clips you’ve placed on your roof.

You can clean snow off your roof after a fresh snowfall while it’s still lightweight, but brushing off snow can also dislodge your clips. If you get a lot of snow, then roof clips become less viable.

If you’re looking at how to remove snow from solar panels, heat from the sun usually melts the snow within a few days. However, snow removal might be necessary for winter solar power production in areas with deep snow during the winter. There are brushes with telescoping handles and gentle heads to brush away snow. It’s best to stay on the ground if possible and avoid using tools that could scratch the surface of the solar panels, like a snow shovel or broom.
