They put the door up, but I started have problems. I call numerous time to inform there but no one had a clue or would take responsibility.

The garage door was responding in hesitating manner to the remote control or the on/off button. He knew the problem right away. The electrical wires leading to the light beam control were put together using hard plastic caps. He removed them, cleaned the contacts with sand paper and put together again using electrical tape. The contacts were corroded through the hard plastic caps. The tape sealed them from corroding moisture. A five minute job. They should have a building code to require plastic tape.

They installed the garage door, but now it is malfunctioning and even though I have a warranty, I cannot get in touch with them to complete the repair.

He gave me the spring at a discount, a 15% discount because I'm in the military. So the spring only ended up costing me an additional $135.00. I was very pleased with them.

The installer completed removed our old garage door, rails and all hardware. He then replaced it with the new door, new hardware, rails etc. We were very happy with the install and the look of the new door. The installer was professional both at the time when we ordered the door and when he installed the new door. We are completely happy with the service. The time from placing the order to the installed door was about three weeks. The entire package was a little over $2,000 for an oversized garage door.

It couldn't have gone better. Nick and Floyd were the best! Called and gave me an estimate of arrival time, explained everything they were going to do, informed me that my new garage door met current code, and cleaned everything up. I was so pleased with their customer service and skills. I love my new garage door!

Very reasonable pricing. Very professional. Very timely service. They got the parts and did the repairs for a very low price. I had gotten quotes from other garage door repair services who turned out to be overpriced, did not have the parts I needed, and tried to sell me new doors which I did not need. Frankly I did not initially consider Sears because I did not consider them to be a major competitor in the garage door repair business. However, they will be my first choice in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Nick came out and did a great job. He was very honest. Another company advised me that the door had to be replaced for $1400.00 dollars or more and Nick was able to repair the door at $400.00. He was very knowledgeable.

The technician was very prompt, efficient, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. He gave us an estimate and stuck with the estimate. He even came in under the amount of time he said it would take.
