Great. Gary returned our call on a Saturday. The issue was not an emergency and by Monday we had an appointment for that day. Technician called first, came on time, repaired the problem and did extra: tightening bolts on the door, and lubricating hinges and the large spring. A different company showed up, said it was a busted motor and would cost about $500. They never even took the time to consider other options. Our door is functioning normally again. We will definitely hire again.

They immediately identified the issue which were the gears giving out on my 26 year old Overhead Garage opener. Scott replaced with a new opener, my opener was so old it didn't have sensors for stopping in emergency. Scot was extremely quick, friendly, informative and helpful. This company is really good, cheap and honest so it doesn't get any better.

Excellent. Gary Williams called when he was on his way within the 2 hour window I was given. I pulled in the driveway right behind me. He looked at the damage, got a new spring from his truck and within 30 minutes he had the new spring on and my garage door working like new.

It was a great experience. I was at my whits end looking for someone to install my new garage door. I called so many different companies but their prices were very high. Finally I called The Garage Door Company, they were responsive, reasonably price and the technician was wonderful.

I purchased the garage door opener at a big box store and was told they would install it in a specified time - they did not. So I called Garage Door and left a message, within the hour I was called back and had an appointment the next day. I told them what I needed and was given a quote over the phone which was the amount I was charged. The installer called to let me know he was on the way to install the opener. He was very professional and showed me how to operate the keypad to open the garage as well as letting me know the signs of when the battery would need to be replaced. I am so grateful that I called Garage Door and would highly recommend this company and will call them whenever I have a problem in the future.

.It was 6 PM the day after Christmas when our garage door would not open. I called them and left a voicemail. Called back to me within minutes. Informed me someone would be there within the hour. Technician arrived within half hour, sized up situation, replaced springs. Very quick. To get this service on a holiday weekend is exceptional. Would definitely use them again
