Bad about returning calls. Finally got an appointment scheduled then Overhead had to cancel due to lack of a replacement device and the installer was not finished on a pervious job. If I had to do it over again, I would not use this company again. The scheduler is not very helpful.

Great experience. Salesman was helpful with recommendation, installer was quick and did a good job. Overhead even sent a tech to tighten a screw and check the installation a couple weeks later when I asked them too. Doors are solid, I went with the steel doors w/o windows since I have kids. The door is huge, I wanted the largest door for my 2 car garage. I also got the phone app option which is very nice - I can shut the door from my office. It also came with a light that I needed. The garage doors make the house look bigger and the long panels look very nice.

Company came out two times to look at job. We had to keep calling to find out when they were going to come out. After waiting several weeks, I called their office to find out when they would be coming out. They could not tell me anything and informed me someone would have to get back to me. That SAME day, 2 men showed up at the house to repair the door. NO ESTIMATE neither verbal or written was ever given for the work. It took the 2 men 2 hours to replace the spring and scratched the enamel finish on the metal door in several places on the side opposite where they did the work. I will now have to paint the door to seal up the bare metal.
The charge of $318.00 for this is totally unreasonable.!. If I was given an estimate, I would have said no. This was very unprofessional behavior. I called 2 other local shop and their price was $125 labor plus $20 for the part.
My husband had to adjust the door spring as it was too loose and the door just came down all by itself. I am lucky I was not standing under it.
I will be contacting them to discuss the bill and will show them photos of my scratched door.
