"The sales representative was great. The installation was fine and we felt we got a great deal for the price. However, the day of the scheduled installation, we received a phone call stating the installation was cancelled. The customer service rep was rude, blamed us for not reading the contract and accused us of cancelling which was a lie. Had we not already removed everything from our master bedroom and wasn't expecting company for Thanksgiving, we would have found another company. So we had to leave everything out in the hallway, other rooms until they actually installed the carpet 3 days later. What company cancels service the day of the scheduled service?"

"Charlie did a great job removing the wrinkles in the carpet. However, very few of the stains improved (he warned me ahead of time that this might occur). Considering the age of our carpet, I do think he did the best he could do. It's definitely time for new carpet/floor treatments. I had to do some cleaning after they left. Fragments of carpet were all over the place. I had to vacuum after they left."
