I, Roy Lowrimore would never want them back, but they also did my Mom’s the same day and hers was just as bad. July 5th was the day they were to come at 12pm they called me after 12pm and still hadn,’t left florence sc. when they got here they barely stayed an hour to do my home,left the water hose loose, left trash in the yard. I want my carpet redone by someone else not that team, and so does my Moma, Sylvia Stone. Please report this to the florence stanley steamer we have called they said they would call back but we have not received any calls back, this needs to be made right."

"Extremely unhappy with their business practices. They caused additional damage while tear out and treatment phase of water damage area in my house. They broke my fireplace hearth and told me they would fix that portion as part of their own expense. After 3 months of waiting for them to complete repairs, I decided to hire a new contractor and told them I only want them to fix what they broke. At that point, I was informed that per their policy, they are not required to fix what they broke. They then told me that they would give me a quote for them to fix what they broke. I find that quite ridiculous that I should have to pay for the damage they caused."
