About us

Welcome to Tillman Pool Services, LLC! My name is Ben Gibson, Owner and operator of Tillman Pool Services and I wanted to give a quick and honest overview of who we are as a company. Our mission as a pool company is to first be honest and upfront with you on all things. That does not make us perfect, but it does hopefully give you peace of mind when you enter into business with us. Our company is made up of part-time and some-time employees; even I myself am currently a full-time teacher and have been for 14 years and counting. While we hope to build to full-time positions, our current model is that of building slowly and making sure we can grow properly before getting into the deep end of the pool! Currently we offer Cleaning and Chemical checks (weekly and Bi-weekly options), Equipment service, Repairs, and leak detection. We want to help you, and if we cannot we want to help you work with someone who we trust to take top care of you and your pool.

While I did hire Ben and I'm happy with what has been done so far, the work hasn't been completed as yet. Both of us have had health issues that has disrupted the progress. Ben did calll me this week to explain the health issues from his end and I mentioned our health issues that made us very very happy with the delay.

Ben answered my request for service immediately. He was pleasant and accommodating to my needs; There were no high pressure tactiics. My pool water looked like Charleston Harbor on his arrival but in no time he had the water clear and ready for use. . I highly recommend Tillman Pools.

They took our green, tadpole infested pool and made it swimable in NO time! They then added a salt cell and transferred it to a salt water pool in a day. Such an easy process and they have been so helpful every step of the way! Starting with very little knowledge of pools, we feel much more comfortable as pool owners because of Ben and his team!

Maintaining our pool on my own was getting difficult with my hectic work schedule, so we needed someone to step in and handle it for us. I found Ben on Facebook and decided to give him a try. He came out and took a look at the pool and gave us a price, which was very reasonable. Our pool has looked great all summer long, if we encountered any problems, Ben was right on it with a solution. He also took on the maintenance of our hot tub also. We also suffered the loss of a family member this fall, and my M.I.L was unable to care for the pool on her own. Once again, Ben took the job with no issues. Ben and his team come highly recommended by me and our entire family.
