Communication was excellent. Staphany (who took my call) was extremely friendly and did a really good job explaining every step of the way after I discussed the issue with my Salt Chlorinator suddenly losing power. The tech who came over to resolve the issue was extremely friendly and did a great job. My chlorinator is now pumping out chlorine as normal. Well done. There was one missed appointment date before the fix, but I was immediately informed the next business day and my problem was resolved that very same day. On top, Heritage provided the service free of charge due to the original missed date. These things do happen to all of us in our busy lives, but I really appreciate a company like this acknowledging it without me having to ask about it. Because of this, I am giving this company 5 stars all the way.

The build went very smooth and efficient. The folks at the office kept my wife and I updated throughout the whole process. The construction team were very nice and were focused on doing the job right.

The contractors did a fantastic job, the office personnel provided daily updates to keep us posted on progress. Everyone from start to finish was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company for all installation and renovation needs.

Called them immediately. I was told I would have to prepay for repair service even though I was a regular customer which made no sense since they had my credit card on file for regular service. I agreed to this of course. I was told someone would be by that day. By the afternoon no one showed. I called the builder who came by immediately and shut off the water pipe. I called them later when it was obvious they would not be coming. I spoke with a woman who kept talking over me. Said someone would come by to repair. A week later no one came.

""We pride ourselves for our customer service. Any time a customer feels we have failed is a good reason for some introspection. Our records indicate the following: 1) Our technician found a leak in the autofill during routine maintenance (Tuesday, 1/9/2018) 2) After reviewing the pictures taken by the technician, our service department determined the problem and the solution/parts needed to solve it. We provided a quote to the homeowner that he approved. (Friday, 1/12/2018) Even though his credit card is on file, we would not charge the account without permission. We obtained the part. 3) Our technician went to the site (Monday, 1/15/2018). He found that someone had made a temporary repair. Unfortunately, it was still leaking. 4) A different part was needed to fix the temporary repair. 5) On 1/15/2018, the homeowner canceled the repair order and service. However, it is clear that this customer was not satisfied with our response. We are sorry that he was disappointed with our service. We hope that he will consider us in the future for his needs.""

We have been quite pleased with Heritage Pools throughout the planning, construction, and servicing phases of the process. When we decided to build a swimming pool we explored a variety of firms and Heritage stood out from the others. They were always quick to return our calls, provide estimates, and adjustments based upon our views. We found their pricing to be competitive with other firms and they performed to the contract. Work was done when promised and the site foreman keep us posted throughout the process. This was the first pool we have built, so we had many questions and the Heritage Team patiently answered our questions and offered other considerations that we would not have known to ask. I highly recommend the firm.

The Heritage employees were professional and approachable during the entire process. All of the work was performed by Heritage employees. The pool took longer to construct from start to finish than expected. Some of which was due to the excessive rain we had during the summer. We signed the contract on April 7, pool was complete in October but the construction and quality is excellent. The pool turned out absolutely beautiful. It is aesthetically pleasing as the design fits our back yard and complements our house. During the walk through, Michael addressed every issue with his goal being ensure I had a "perfect" pool and a satisfying experience with his company. If I were to move and install a new pool I would definitely hire Heritage Pool.

Except for the weather delays, we were very happy with the Swim-here team. Michael was excellent- from explaining the installation process to the costs involved. Kathy in the front office was an excellent source of information and always got back to us in a timely and friendly manner. The installation team was friendly and efficient and they knew their stuff. Curtis - project manager was awesome. He came over many times after business hours to check on the job and answer many questions and not once did he make us feel like we were bothering him. We will certainly go with this company again!

From helping us get the old deck and above ground horrid pool (that came with the house) to the finished product all went well. Michael and I worked together to find the best shape for the yard and it turned out amazingly well designed. I had to find other contractors and it would have been impossible to manage from our first home in Napa, CA if it hadn't been for Michael and Mark's help. I interviewed several pool companies and read many reviews and I am so happy that I decided to go with Heritage. I have had several pools and this is, by far, the best one ever. I love the high tech aspect where I can manage the heater and the lights all from my IPhone anywhere in the world. I am also using Heritage twice a week to maintain the pool and their employees are all wonderful.

The worst, not reliable and the pool looked awful. One day it was emerald green another time is cloudy and the person doing the pool was not reliable. He never did a complete job he was suppose to blow off the deck he never did sloppy job. I would not recommend!

2nd time I've used Heritage, after first time about 9 years ago was not sure but i can tell that the business has matured. trial and error has made Heritage Pools LLC a better business, Prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Weather was a small issue as the work progressed the air turned cooler and this made the liner a little difficult to seat. As the season changes I'm sure that one small place on the steps will fall into place. Billy was the tech and his attention to detail was appreciated and shows in his work.

It went well overall. there were some delays due to weather and materials shortage (Not due to Heritage Pools but a supplier) but the pool was well worth it. I have had an in ground pool installed at another property in the past by another contractor and the difference in quality was amazing. It was more expensive but it was worth it in my opinion. In all it took a little over six weeks from start to finish. This was reasonable since he fit us into a busy schedule. It turned out beautifully.

My inground pool was improperly installed 5 years ago (not level) by an unscrupulous installer and recently I noticed cracking along the concrete decking and was fearful I would need to have work done to remedy that. My pool maintenance company representative advised me to contact Heritage for advise. I called on Monday and Robert came out today (Tuesday) to look at the pool. He was punctual, professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He understood my concerns and explained in terms I understood and put my fears to rest. He also helped with unrelated pool issues from what I originally called for. There is no doubt I will not only call on Heritage for help in the future but I will recommend them to my friends. Heritage Pools is an absolutely fantastic pool company! I interviewed 6 companies local to Summerville and even hired one to do the pool maintenance before experiencing burned skin due to the high levels of toxicity - wrong mixture of chemicals and lack of proper cleaning of the pool walls! Heritage came to the rescue IMMEDIATELY, made a plan of action to clean the pool, implemented it, and has now consistently kept the pool 100% usable!!! I appreciate the door tags left after a cleaning, so I'm sure that the pool was cleaned - I appreciate the simplicity of the electronic invoices - I appreciate the professionalism and dedication of the maintenance team (thank you to JB and Josef in particular) - and I appreciate the friendliness and patience of the office staff (thank you Kathleen) since I'm a first-time pool owner. I had no idea of the complexity of the maintenance and cleaning of the pool. Heritage makes it all SIMPLE and AFFORDABLE - what more could a customer request?
