"THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, BUT DID NOT COME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE. TOOK LONGER TO GET WINDOWS THAN HE PROMISED. THEY ASKED FOR 1/2 DOWN TO ORDER THE OTHER 1/2 WHEN FINISHED, BUT WHEN WINDOWS WERE DELIVERED WANTED ME TO PAY THE WNDOW COMPANY ANOTHER $900, I CALLED KIRK AND TOLD HIM THAT WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT.
