I was also happy with how clean they left our kitchen after removing the dated light fixtures and installing new recessed lighting and chandelier. "Ceiling Fans were installed with receptacles and wall switches. 
We were satisfied with the installation of the fans
The crew chief was professional and responsive. 
However, the insulation was not replaced by the workers after the job and the owner refused to return to the home to ensure that the insulation was returned to its original place in the attic. 
We were disappointed that the owner did not stand behind the work done by his crew.

"They set up times to do it and couldn’t show because of weather and moved me to the bottom of the list for scheduling.  When they showed up they didn’t have the correct wreath . I had agreed to pay extra.  They also wrapped some lights around trees and about two days later one of the strings went out and they said there was nothing they could do about that.  When they came out to take them down they essentially ripped everything down."
