We most recently had an issue with our refrigerant line, which was condensing on our sheetrock in our bedroom and staining the wall. McClintock had Jason (shoutout to him- he rocked) at our house on the same day and addressed the issue. They, then, worked with us and had the wall repaired and restored to better than it was before within a few days. Baylee, Amber, and Larry were exceptionally kind and patient with me- answering my questions and restoring our home. I never thought that I could love my HVAC servicer, but they bring a little Heaven to Earth in their kindness, generosity, and humility. I wish all companies would follow their example. "

Good product (the guard system itself), horrific service and installation. Seem to take the approach of if you can’t see it easily the homwowner will have no idea. I wanked the roof so saw it all."

"Steve came by my place today, cleaned the vent, and adjusted my almetal vent, which he installed eight years ago. Steve is a true professional, and I highly recommend him. His communication skills are excellent, and he even responded to me on a Sunday about an approximate arrival time on Monday. He sent me a video of the debris removal process, so I could see how much lint was trapped in the line. He cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant to talk to. I wish all contractors were as good as Steve."

What kind of window company doesn't know this? Fast forward 11 years later when I'm preparing to sell my house. I request replacement parts for windows that aren't working properly. This should have all been included under warranty but all I hear is complaining about they shouldn't have to deal with it. I call the production manager monthly, for a year, to find out the status of my parts. He always promises to call me back but never does. Every time I ask him about the status, he tries to blame me saying I didn't do my part. I finally sell my house for less money because we didn't fix the window issues. Do not trust this company to install the windows correctly or honor the warranty!"
