"He was quick to return my call, was punctual and fixed my well immediately, He had all the equipment on his truck. He even corrected some pipe that was questionable. Very nice manners. "Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"I tried installing a faucet and the plumbing underneath a bathroom sink and cabinet I bought and it leaked pretty badly.   I called Dennis and he came out that day in about a couple of hours.  He installed the faucet and plumbing underneath the sink and did a terrific job in no time at all.  He even waited a 1/2 hour to make sure the sink did not leak.  Dennis was very professional, prompt and he did not even charge me a service call as most do!  His price was great too. Charged me about half of what anyone else would charge minus the service call.  I would recommend him to anyone due to his great prices and work."

"I've actually called Rapid Repair Plumbing for several jobs now to include one at 11 PM on a Sunday night after the sewer clogged in one of my rentals. Dennis was out there the next morning and had the line clear and problem fixed before 11 AM! He's offered multiple ways for me to save money like reminding me a faucet was under lifetime warranty and not to pay for a new one, that he would do the paperwork!
