Mr. Craig continually kept me informed as to the day when they would come - when a previous job ran longer than they planned he called to keep me posted and let me know he would be there a day later - then called the night before to confirm again and arrived at the time promised. So a tree with a diameter of six inches needs a root ball of approximately 66 inches.
