Riverbend has taken advantage of a lot of people here in Augusta, GA that was impacted by Hurricane Helene. I was quoted one thing on site for removing a tree off my house and off a fence(this tree was mainly left in the neighbor's yard) but got an invoice that is was higher for the work they done which was not the best of work a mess was left behind. They basically took the tree from the back of my house and threw it in the front yard, the part that was on the roof then left without telling me anything. They was out approximately 20 mins and left the tree leaning against the fence. I then made multiple calls back to them to come finish the work they mentioned then that they would come back out the next day with the appropriate equipment to finish the job which turn into waiting 3 more days while they go out and tend to so call emergency situation (possibly taking advantage of others) so they charged me as well for the 2nd truck roll and the equipment on the first visit that they said they did not have. I had to go buy a chain saw to cut it up to be placed on the side of the road properly and safely. They also charged me for a tarp that they did not even put down. This company has no integrity at all and definitely showed no concern about the service provided to me during this situation. This kind of price gouging, combined with poor communication and lack of preparation, is unacceptable. I would not recommend to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. Please watch out for them in other states that has been impacted or face situations like this upfront. I wish they never came down to pretend to assist instead of trying to filling out their pockets when we have lost a lot here in Augusta, GA already. I have noticed they was not the only company but while the worker that assisted me inside gave a fair price we took them on an offer to complete the job, if I knew this how it would put me in a situation like this I would not wish this on my enemy which I do not even have. I pray they do the right thing and make this right.

Riverbend’s performance for tree removal, pruning, elevation, and landscape enhancement is over the top! I manage a large condominium community in Alexandria that needed a lot of tree work, and wow, what a job they did. The compliments from owners and residents have been non-stop. The landscape enhancement that Brad designed is priceless. The colors that he chose for our front entrance and courtyards are vibrant. The best part for us is the cost savings, as plants will return yearly. This is huge when you are dealing with a strict budget for landscape. I can not thank Marcel, Brad, and their crews enough for a well-done job. We are looking forward to doing business with them in the future! If you are looking for a company that offers their services look no further, as this company will get the job done.

The price was reasonable. The estimator and the landscaping crew were courteous and knowledgeable. The crew came on time and did a good job.

We were very impressed. The team was very professional, courteous and amazingly skilled. The whole process was fascinating. When they finished you wouldn't know there was ever a tree there! Thanks, Riverbed!
