without proper equipment he had to climb the trees ,in a hurry did not complete the job

"I have no idea what this customer is talking about. We finished the whole job and worked with him on the budget he set forth, only charging him $1500 to trim trees along a fence line, remove an oak tree and disposed of all of the debris. Have no idea about which equipment he is speaking of, we have plenty. We always strive to make the customer happy & he did my state any complaints when the work was done."
