"I called for one leaky toilet...and hey, while you’re here, will you check all of them? They are all a little shaky. Turned out, my pipes were old and done improperly. Drains were running uphill that should go down (so that’s why it takes so long for the sink to clear!) Toilets were cracked, water heater was old...bandaid everything for x amount or double it for a 10 year warranty.
