He came out, gave us an estimate that was well below the others that we had received, and he was the only one who was able to get us on the schedule within a reasonable amount of time. He and he crew work so quietly that despite being right outside my bedroom window, I slept well past their arrival time. They were halfway done with the project before I woke up at my usual time.
