"Chris called me right away after my post on Home Advisor and was very professional on the phone. I needed two ceiling lights changed in a cathedral ceiling. He was here in a couple days and even changed the ceiling fan on top of the two lights for me. He was so knowledgeable and professional. "He installed ceiling fan without any problems. He started taking down exhaust fan in bathroom was scheduled to come back out on May 6 to finish exhaust fan. He was a no show. He never showed up or never called us. He started a job but didn't complete it. This is poor customer service to us. We would not use him again."
