Solved our problem!

My name is Kevin Route. I ive in Pa. I bought a house in conway SC less then 2 years ago for my daughter Jarrod came to the home immediately and did air quality test. Unfortunately, the house had a massive amount of mold in the walls and ceilings. Jarrod and his crew eliminated all the mold and they went above and beyond there job to take care of myself and daughter. He kept ozone machines in the house longer at no extra cost to make sure there was no evidence of mold. He did the last air quality test and it came back perfect. He was in contact with me a couple times a week keeping me updated on how things were going with the process. Again, I never met Jarrod and his team in person but I trusted him to take care of us while I'm 14 hours away to fix our house. Man did he and his team take care of us. He was so professional, trusting, caring and just really took care of us in this unchartered house endeavor. Again Jarrod, there aren't enough words and number of times I can thank you for us. Love ya brother!!!!

I had mold in my apartment I didn’t know about , I hired them to come out and do a mold testing they was very detailed about everything . I would definitely recommend them very good company . They are honest people and they do follow up with you as well .

We bought a house in North Carolina that had sat vacant for a while and had mold and air quality issues . Hired one company who nothing to help the situation . Then we hired Gerrid and his boys came , surveyed the whole situation and told us needed to be done. We followed his ideas and air quality is now great!!Can't thank him enough !!What a super job.

We called them on a Monday to drive to Pawleys and give us a quote, even though they were slammed due to so many Pawleys locals needing help. Could not ask for a better company. Gerrid is upfront, knowledgeable, listens and recommends. Very pleasant to work with. He has scheduled mold remediation, HVAC, plumber, painter and contractor (in order they are needed) so there has not been a wasted minute. When one group is finished the next one is here. VERY REASONABLE!!!!

'm 80 years old and was most impressed with Gerrid Clark. He is.professional. courteous, considerate, and many more adjectives. The bath in the master bedroom will look just like new again after 34 years. Most importantly, he loves his faith.

Was contacted promptly & appt set for next day for inspection. Arrived on time & did thorough inspection snd and review of problem.Explained and showed areas of concern that needed attention. Received prompt service. Workers were courteous and knowledgeable. Extremely satisfied with service snd results. Highly recommend!

The initial inspection of mold was very thorough! Finding mold in the closet ceilings! I never wouldâ ve thought to check the closets. Air quality check was surprise in finding upstairs air quality worse than downstairs. All the mold was removed inside the house. Crawl space had mold on every surface! All of it was removed, including the insulation. The job was done on time. The working crew was excellent! I recommend Best Breathing LLC to everyone!!

Very professional, work very hard to ensure that you are satisfied, understand what the process will be, problems found and the best way to rectify situations. Try to assist with getting insurance companies to pay for projects and do their best to work with you if insurance companies do not agree to pay for the job. This company is very people personal and understanding. Good referral source for other work needs found out of their specialty.

Grrrid Clark of Best Breathing, LLC did an outstanding job in removing and correcting a serious mold infestation in my home! His service was thorough and complete, his price was fair and reasonable, and I am very satisfied with the professional manner in which our mold problem was resolved!

AWESOME! That sums up the entire experience from the initial visit and throughout the entire mold remediation process. This house had some off the chart high levels of bad mold in addition to a crawlspace where animals had left some less than sanitary 'gifts'. They had me on the schedule and showed up exactly when they were scheduled and the entire crew made the Herculean effort required to get this mess cleaned up. Further, his network of professionals (i.e., electricians and HVAC pros) made the job seemless for me because I did not have to reach out and schedule them. Gerrid did all the coordination and I will say he brought in some excellent folks! Best Breathing = Best Customer Service. More importantly, the job was done correctly and my home smells so fresh and clean now.

I called Best Breathing LLV because our sun roof leaked water in the cab of our crew cab causing sickening mold (I have asthma) Gerrid did mold remediation in our pick-up truck. He did a very thorough job. We were so relieved to have help with such a big jobâ we had the same problem a year ago when our sunroof leaked and we removed everything and cleaned it ourselvesâ took us a week. Gerrid is very conscientious ,honest and kind and really cares about his business and he represents it well. They were fairly priced.
