"I had a beautiful Willow oak in my front yard that showed severe signs of stress and disease. This is the first year it ever looked as bad as it does and I was desperate. I called my own landscaper as well as others but no one seemed to have the time to look what was going on. So I took a shot and went on Angie's list and saw pest professionals. It was on a weekend and I sent a note for him to contact me. Less than half hour later he did. He came out. Took a look at what was going on and was able to diagnose the problem right away. Tim and Ryan worked immediately to try to help and save this gorgeous 16 plus foot oak. He also diagnosed a few other trees and took care of them as well. He has been extremely proactive, informative, and certainly knows his field better than any pest professional I have ever met. My husband and I were so impressed by him and his fund of knowledge that we hired him to take care of our termite and pest control, as well as our flowering trees and shrubs."

"They quoted a price that included 1 large white oak removal, estimated stump grinding, and clean up. Justin arranged the stump removal service who showed up shortly after the tree was being cut and then cleaned up after the stump was removed. Weather was a consideration, but called to keep us informed. He was timely and efficient. Ps. Watched the tree climber cut limbs and finally the trunk. He was very safe and used all the safety harness necessary to do the job. It was refreshing to see a COMPLETE professional job!"

"The provider has not contacted me to schedule the service.  I prepaid for an Angie's List "Deal" on 7/23/15.  I provided 3 dates to have the service performed during the week of 8/3.  The provider sent me an email confirming they received the request on 7/23 but they have not attempted to contact me since then.  I have called and left a message, I sent 4 email messages and I reached out to Angie's List customer service yesterday.  Still nothing.  I'm very disappointed.  

UPDATE:  Chris reached out to me on 8/11.  He and I agreed to give him a chance to complete the work.  He explained the new process where customers buy packages on line and enter dates for service is new and there will be an adjustment period as they incorporate this into their business plan.  "
