It was on a weekend and I sent a note for him to contact me. Less than half hour later he did. He came out. Took a look at what was going on and was able to diagnose the problem right away. Tim and Ryan worked immediately to try to help and save this gorgeous 16 plus foot oak. He also diagnosed a few other trees and took care of them as well. He has been extremely proactive, informative, and certainly knows his field better than any pest professional I have ever met. My husband and I were so impressed by him and his fund of knowledge that we hired him to take care of our termite and pest control, as well as our flowering trees and shrubs."

"Rooks did some really good and beautiful work for me (though the work was mostly actually done by a different lawn service) however the job that I paid for was never completely finished.  1st, no liner was placed under the pine straw as I requested and had ready to use, so within a week I had weeds growing back in my gardens.  The edging never got placed. I actually paid someone else a great deal less than what was originally paid to Rooks to lay the edging.  I also requested to setup maintenance and follow-up. Once they were gone, I have yet to hear from them. 
I do hate it, because Chris and Gregg were very nice and good guys. Maybe just overwhelmed with work and quality failed a little.
