"Baron Harvin is an excellent brick mason. The lower half of the brick veneer between my garage doors was partially torn away when my cement driveway was removed. I kept the top part of the veneer supported by wood until I could find someone willing to make a repair. Mr. Harvin had no problem accepting the job. The work he did was outstanding. Not only did he seamlessly restore the lower half of the brick veneer at this part of the wall, he salvaged some of the original brick that was pull off the wall and mixed it with new brick that was a close match. He also matched the color of the new mortar with the color of the original mortar. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. He also repointed the brick stairs to my front door. Mortar had broken away from some bricks and was being washed away from the remainder. Tile at the top of the stairs was also coming loose, decades after original installation. Mr. Harvin did an outstanding restoration of those steps."

They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. Recently Scott's Lawn Care relandscaped my entire backyard, which required killing all of the weeds and grass in my back yard, planting 30+ evergreen shrubs throughout the backyard and covering the entire area with pine needles. The backyard looks beautiful. I live adjacent to a fairway on a golf course. I have received several compliments from golfers passing by my yard complimenting how beautiful it is. "I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."
