Yohe Plumbing Inc

These people are horrible. They installed the plumbing in my nieces house and now there’s poop coming up through the bathtubs. They were supposed to send someone on Monday no-show Tuesday no-show Wednesday no-show three small children are in this house. Stay away from this company they do not fix the problems they create.

I contacted Yo He Plumbing after discovering a wet spot in my yard via the Lawn Maintenance man, and they were able to schedule me the next day. Chris called me prior to coming to get more information so he could be assured he had the right equipment. He ran late but called to notify me he was still coming which is a plus. I don't mind folk being late especially if they are on a prior service call, but it is real respectfully to receive notification. Chris and Dillon took care of the leak, although they had to dig real deep, and got real muddy but they stuck it out. I can not tell you how thankful I am, their manner was professional and courteous. I will definitely request Yohe Plumbing again if I have any issues in the future.

Inept technicians and customer service is well below standard. Technician came to my house to check garbage disposal that wasn't functioning. He claimed it was repaired, then left. I called that it wasn't fixed. He came back the second time, then finally replaced the disposal but still charged me for his first visit. After several calls to customer service, I discussed with Bridgette and Brittany. Both couldn't explain the reason for the charge. Managers resolve issues and don't create them. Both alleged to be managers but couldn't explain the reason for being charged on the first trip despite their technician ineptitude.

Again, no work performed this time. I have had very good experiences with Yohe's Plumbing in the past so I don't understand what has happened this week. I ended up having to use HomeAdvisor.com to find a plumber.

They are professional and prompt. I have been using them because their customer service is very friendly.

Yohe Heating, Air, and Plumbing was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly. The AC technician explained everything that was going on and exactly what was causing the cooling issues. After replacing the defective coil, the technician showed exactly where the hole was in the coil and why it needed to be replaced. The system was fulling checked out after the repair to ensure everything was working. The technician was attentive, helpful, and professional the entire time. I will not hesitate to contact Yohe Heating, Air, and Plumbing again in the future.

Excellent !!! Technician was on time, completed work quickly, understood the drain leak problem and resolved, unlike an A rated competitor listed on Angie's List who quoted us more $$ to resolve an issue that did not exist. From this experience if I need another plumber I will not shop around but choose Yohe.

From scheduling the appointment to the arrival of the technician, everything went perfect. The same technician, Tim, came to help as he did last year for some other issues I had. He showed up on time, evaluated the problem, advised me of the solution, and then took care of everything quickly and professionally. I have had no problems since and the toilets are quiet and working great. I really like Yohe's Plumbing - especially their responsiveness and fair prices. Highly recommend them!

The repairman, Jeff was a little late in his schedule so he called to let me know about the small time difference. He was friendly, polite, and offered information about plumbing issues I wasn't aware of, like septic maintenance. All the items I'd asked about were fixed, and he noticed another small issue that he also attended to in an adjacent drain area. He detailed all the services the company offers (I had no clue!) without being pushy at all. He was courteous, helpful, and just a great guy to work with. I'm new to the area and it's hard to find a good repair service. I'll definitely be using Yohe again.

It took most of the day but they did a great job! Had to leave other tanks under the house which I knew could not be removed. Have used them in the past for a major leak in the house also were very prompt and fixed the problem also. Also great on air conditioning problems too.

I wasn't there, so details are sketchy, but they responded to my email immediately and within 24 hours were done.

They gave me a estimate before they came out and were extremely nice to deal with.

The technician was prompt and got right to work. The repair only took a few moments and the service was wonderful.

Scheduling was quick and easy. Phone staff were pleasant and professional. I think I had to wait a day or so for service. It was no emergency so no big deal on the delay. The plumber arrived on schedule and did his work. The plumber ingeniously avoided the nearby soil pipe and tied into an area that had been updated to pvc about 10 years ago. He ran a p-trap from the bottom of the shower and then about a 40' length of pvc pipe and tied into an existing section of pvc. The work was done in about an hour. This is where I have to point out a mistake the plumber made during the install (and my reason for a 'C' quality rating). The plumber strapped the length of pipe to the floor joists along the run of pipe, however he did not properly strap the section of pipe immediately under the shower (including the p-trap). At some point after the initial install the pipe sagged enough to completely pull itself out of the bottom of the shower. This caused the shower to drain into the crawl space. I have no way to know how long my shower drained into the crawl space but luckily it is well ventilated and i don't think it caused too much damage. I noticed the issue 6 months later while doing other work in the crawl space. I called the office and explained the situation. They came within a day or so and fixed the issue for no charge. I will point out that, despite the mistake initially made I was very pleased with the experience overall and will use Yohe Plumbing again in the future. This is due to their willingness to fix 6 month old work for no additional charge. I did not have to haggle to get this service.

Everything was good. The person who talked to me said that there was a program where I could have it financed through another company called Service Care and the money would go on my electrical bill every month. The price was set by a different company. They were responsive, punctual and professional.

Yohe Plumbing Inc did a great job. we were very pleased with them. they showed up on time and they were pleasant the entire time. i would use them again in the future.
