These people are horrible. They installed the plumbing in my nieces house and now there’s poop coming up through the bathtubs. They were supposed to send someone on Monday no-show Tuesday no-show Wednesday no-show three small children are in this house. Stay away from this company they do not fix the problems they create.

I contacted Yo He Plumbing after discovering a wet spot in my yard via the Lawn Maintenance man, and they were able to schedule me the next day. Chris called me prior to coming to get more information so he could be assured he had the right equipment. He ran late but called to notify me he was still coming which is a plus. I don't mind folk being late especially if they are on a prior service call, but it is real respectfully to receive notification. Chris and Dillon took care of the leak, although they had to dig real deep, and got real muddy but they stuck it out. I can not tell you how thankful I am, their manner was professional and courteous. I will definitely request Yohe Plumbing again if I have any issues in the future.

Inept technicians and customer service is well below standard. Technician came to my house to check garbage disposal that wasn't functioning. He claimed it was repaired, then left. I called that it wasn't fixed. He came back the second time, then finally replaced the disposal but still charged me for his first visit. After several calls to customer service, I discussed with Bridgette and Brittany. Both couldn't explain the reason for the charge. Managers resolve issues and don't create them. Both alleged to be managers but couldn't explain the reason for being charged on the first trip despite their technician ineptitude.

They are professional and prompt. I have been using them because their customer service is very friendly.

Yohe Heating, Air, and Plumbing was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly. The AC technician explained everything that was going on and exactly what was causing the cooling issues. After replacing the defective coil, the technician showed exactly where the hole was in the coil and why it needed to be replaced. The system was fulling checked out after the repair to ensure everything was working. The technician was attentive, helpful, and professional the entire time. I will not hesitate to contact Yohe Heating, Air, and Plumbing again in the future.

Excellent !!! Technician was on time, completed work quickly, understood the drain leak problem and resolved, unlike an A rated competitor listed on Angie's List who quoted us more $$ to resolve an issue that did not exist. From this experience if I need another plumber I will not shop around but choose Yohe.

From scheduling the appointment to the arrival of the technician, everything went perfect.  The same technician, Tim, came to help as he did last year for some other issues I had.  He showed up on time, evaluated the problem, advised me of the solution, and then took care of everything quickly and professionally.  I have had no problems since and the toilets are quiet and working great.  I really like Yohe's Plumbing - especially their responsiveness and fair prices.  Highly recommend them!

Appointment was for 8:00 am; plumber knocked on the door at 8:00 am.  After introductions, he inspected the leak and checked potential causes including a test of the shower controls and head.  The diagnosis was a broken shower pan which requires tile work so the repair will involve a different craft.  
I appreciated the promptness and careful but efficient diagnosis.  On site time was about 20 minutes.
The plumber was direct and courteous and helpful - excellent work.

I called to request an appointment for a strange sound coming from one of my upstairs toilets.  I don't have the knowledge to figure out what the problem was so I wanted a professional to come out and give it a check. The scheduler in the front office was polite and gave me an appointment time that best fit my schedule.  Tim, the plumbing technician, arrived right on time and immediately went to work diagnosing the problem.  After checking out the system, he knew almost instantly what the problem was  (broken clips on the fill valve) and took the time to show me what happened.  He replaced the fill valve (which was over ten years old) with a new, stronger one.  I then asked if he could look at my other two toilets because they were identical and were the same age.  Tim didn't miss a beat.  He went in and said the toilets appeared to be working fine.  I am someone who does not like to wait until things break so due to their age and the fact that one fill valve already malfunctioned, I asked Tim to replace the other two fill valves also.  He did so.  The entire visit lasted less than one hour.  During that time, Tim answered all my questions about how the toilet mechanisms functioned and what to look for as time went by.  He was completely professional, polite, and for all he did and the time he took, the cost was phenomenal.  I will definitely use Yohe Plumbing in the future and will strongly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.  I am thrilled with the service and with Tim. 

It was a very well done job, very professional and I was very satisfied with the work he did for me.

GREAT!  Nice people, efficient service. Were going to come to fix it even if they were running late (my water was turned off) and not charge an emergency fee since I had an appointment. Will definitely use again.
