"James"was the person who came over. He was nice, efficient and knew what he was doing.I've had him numerous times and always does a great job!

Their customer service was excellent. They quickly scheduled an appointment and also followed up to let us know when the plumber would be arriving, James was right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and just as quickly repaired it. He was friendly. efficient and competent.

Wonderful service by Derrick on 7/28/23 to replace smoke detectors.

The mechanic, Dan, was very skilled, experienced and def knows his craft. He explained things in detail. I would not hesitate to call them again, The price was reasonable as well. We'll be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

I had a very qualified man that know how to do old radiators and an old system. I highly recommend them for that purpose. They do a lot of different things. They do plumbing, they do things like mini splits. They do great work. All the work they had to do, including tax was $435.10. This particular job was done by one person. I would estimate three visits on separate days. What made me grade them an "A" is that they were working on old systems that require a lot of experience, mainly working with hot water, heating, radiator systems. The workers figure out things very professionally, I thought. His work was excellent, I thought. I don't remember any mess. Their working area that they went into were not especially neat first of all. It was a very old basement dating back about 100 years. The work was excellent.

Great. Our most recent service required an electrician. He was helpful, prompt and professional.

Their customer services representatives were in constant communication with me leading up to the arrival of the plumber. Once he arrived he went above and beyond to make sure the problems were solved and even towel dried the floor of my bathroom before leaving. He did all of this in 1 service hour! Excellent service!

Company was prompt, courteous and professional.  They were willing to listen from the very beginning and provide service promptly -- even though it was a smaller job.  They cut out the damaged part of the line, replaced it and the hot water heater now works great.

The pump wouldn't work so they went up in the attic. He kept trying to block me from what he was doing and just kept saying it didn't look good. He cut all the wires for the circuit board and said the heat exchanger is fried. He wanted me to order it right there so I did because I felt he was right. They never even ordered it so I was without heat for a week. I had to have another company come in and them tell me that nothing the company did before was possible. You can't even see the heat exchange without a smoke test. He cut all circuit board wires and told me to buy a whole new unit. They were just trying to scam me. Another company even caught them in a lie

Water pressure regulator failed. High water pressure in house (130 psig). Called and Kimball was at the house within an hour. Could not isolate water at the house shutoff valve (frozen open) so isolated at the meter. Quickly replaced the isolation valve and regulator. All working perfect now. Fast and efficient!

This was an emergency situation. .the office staff was great in trying to find someone that was available. ..Within about an hour they had James out to fix the problem. James was great. .explained everything that he did. ..and answered all my questions. ..left it cleaner than when he arrived. ..thought it was reasonably priced. .would highly recommend!
