"Edwin spoke with me on the phone and told me to bring in my old computer and my new computer. When I showed up he accurately identified a small device that I needed for my new computer to be able to read from a thumb drive where some of my records were stored. Then he walked me through the steps I could do myself to transfer the records and my QuickBooks by myself. He suggested that I try it before I pay him to do the work. He walked me through the steps several times until I felt comfortable doing them when I returned home. Success!!!! Thank you for not making me spend $70 I did not need to spend. The cost of the USB C to A device was about $40 so that is what I am listing for the price for this service."
