The original franchisee was no longer in business; BUT Closet Factory of South Carolina honored the warranty and fixed our cabinets so that they are just as good as new---and refused to let us pay for it! They said they wanted to honor the warranty!

Bill and his team are terrific! Always professional and a tremendous help in designing what solution we wanted and needed. The installation teams are prompt, efficient, professional, and have great attention to detail. Love the various solutions....things are so much more organized and we have such wonderful usage of what was formerly wasted space.
"Closet Factory installers came back to the clients home and re-glued the edges which were delaminating. The client requested that two doors be replaced and we replaced them at no charge. The Closet Factory owner then met with the client and discussed the options available to the client to solve the sharp corners on the living room hutch, which was designed and built to the clients specifications. We offered to replace the sharp corners with a top with rounded corners, at no charge, and the client indicated they would need to think about it. We followed up with the client by phone, having not heard from them, and they indicated that they did not want us to change the countertop."
The design process was great. My suggestions for changes were met and I am completely satisfied with the outcome of all three projects.
