Better than expected. Harold came, took one look and knew what the problem was. He fixed it, made adjustments, lubricated the springs, hinges, added 2 safety bolts etc. and gave me great advice on how to keep it running fine. Gave me a 60 day guaranty on the work. The Campbell Family are in a work FANTASTIC; Harold is knowledgeable, customer friendly and a fireball of energy. I Harold say this is the problem and this is the resolution it is. The response on the phone is always courteous and when you are given a time you will get a call when he is on his way and he will be there. Harold was here to give me an estimate for a replacement panel to my door and he demonstrated his knowledge and informed me that the Door that I had installed in 2011 had did not meet even meet code in 2006, he was right, I had the door replaced with a "CODE" door with Campbell Garage Door below anyone's estimate. The installer called when he was en route to my house and arrived as scheduled. There installer was very knowledgeable and demonstrated superior customer service skills. The installer explained the specifics of how the opener works and was quite proficient in the product although it was not provided by his company. He was truly passionate about his craft and completed the project without a hiccup. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for garage door related services.

Right on time, very friendly and professional. Explained installation and no sales pitch on condition of door or components, matter of fact I had to ask him if what thought about the springs and cables. Started right to work. When the job was finished he even offered to program my smart button in my car. Great job.

Went smoothly.  The repairman arrived on time and installed the opener in the amount of time he thought it would take.

I phoned on a Saturday morning not sure if I could get anyone to come out on a weekend. I had gotten a referral to Campbell's and I was very happy when the Mrs answered. Mr. Campbell was out on a job but she said he would be able to come by in about an hour and she gave me an estimate of the cost based on my description of the problem. Mr. Campbell spent about an hour working on our problem plus he tightened and lubricated all the bolts on both doors. He and my husband had a very informative conversation about the doors. He was a very nice man and I felt he was very trustworthy.
