We felt that this dealer pulled a bait-and-switch on us. We visited fully expecting to drive away with a lease on an Explorer after doing our online research and also confirming the online deals with their online support team. They ended up telling us that the best they can do is $1000 more down and $51 more per month than what was advertised! We told them that we didn't care about any features, we just wanted the deal that was advertised AND had been confirmed upon calling beforehand (they told us they had 9 Explorers that met the lease requirements). After 3 hours, we walked away feeling frustrated and cheated. Further, the customer service upon arrival was dismal (no parking nearby, no one came to help us, no common courtesy to make someone feel welcome).

The experience has been satisfactory. They were very efficient. There were a lot of cars in line and they started the examination as we were in line. They had a little process going to check the lights, windshield wipers and batteries all before the car was pulled into the place. I knew there were some things they would tell me because there was a light that was broken and the windshield wipers were worn and needed to be replaced. I was out of there real fast. It was fast and efficient. Basically it was what they told me it was going to cost. They said the air filter was clogged and needed to be replaced. The price seemed reasonable. The inspection was $80.

I like Mr. Gary Holmes he is my sales representative. I walked in along stretch at work, and I walked into the dealership not looking my best. Mr. Homes went out of his way tog greet me, and proceed to spend over 5 hours helping me pick the car that was bet for me. He was so patent understanding, and he even missed his lunch to help me find my car.

Chris Manogue emailed me within a few hours with info and pricing and after comparing to 4 other Ford dealers in the area, Pacifico's was easily the best. I arranged to visit the dealer, was assigned Mike Henken as my salesman and things just sailed from there. I was able to order the exact car I wanted. It was built in 4 weeks, Mike contacted me to come get it and when I arrived I was surprised to find that in the meantime, there was another $250.00 rebate available and it allowed me to purchase some extended protection for the wheels and tires for just a little more. Mike introduced me to the Sales Manager, Parts Manager and Service Manager. I was shown a comparison chart for routine services for oil changes, front end alignments and other services that show that Pacifico's prices were very competitive with local and national chains for auto services. Also, by returning to Pacifico for routine maintenance the engine would be guaranteed for life.
Overall, everyone I came in contact with was friendly, professional and seemed dedicated to pleasing the customer. I've had the car for 2 weeks now and am a very pleased new Ford owner.
