"When we made the appointment we were given an approximate price for cleaning.  Mike arrived on time, reviewed what had to be cleaned, saw that they had been vacuumed and told us exactly how much he would charge. The cost was in the range previously quoted.  One room was very stained, but he did an outstanding job in cleaning it.  These rugs had previously been cleaned by a nationwide carpet cleaner and they didn't come out half as good as they look now.
