We were preparing our home for sale and needed quick service to clean our wall to wall carpeting. The company was quick to respond to our request on a Friday and was able to schedule a cleaning by Monday morning. The technician was friendly and professional and took extra precautions not to mark up the baseboards or molding with his equipment. The rugs came out great and we were/are happy customers! Would def recommend this company and use them again ourselves!

It took over 6 hours to clean two area rugs and two sectional sofas. The tech was nice and apologetic that his equipment kept failing. His truck ran out of water, and he had to go back to the shop to refill it. The hose was leaking and was not long enough to reach my second floor.

Was a little late for the appointment, but I got a call just about 5 minutes after the appointment was scheduled for to let me know that they were running 20-25 minutes late. A lot of companies aren't good w/ communicating delays to customers, so this is def something they're doing right.
