John at Three Four Five Masonry seemed the most knowledgeable of the people I spoke with, He was easy to communicate with and did a great job on the wall. It was a quality job and looks wonderful. "He hired Tom Harrop to install kitchen cabinets and a heater under the kitchen sink, vinal flooring, plastering in a small area, add ceiling lighting and a shiplap ceiling. Once the work was done I asked Tom to do a walk through and he refused saying he stood behind his empoyees work. Here are the PROs and CONs. PROs: 1.) work was completed in a timely fashion 2) they did a beautiful job on the shiplap ceiling and lighting. CONs: 1) The brand new white cabinets had some nicks requiring paint touch up. 2) Terrible job on the floors! Uneven spots, lengths are uneven at the edges, gaps showing, no finish work. Terrible job!! 3) plastering looks like it wasn't even done! And there is some peeling of paint on the plaster job. Terrible job!!! 4) we were promised and paid for an under the kitchen sink heater which we never received. Called multiple times with no response. Lesson learned, will never use Tom Harrop again!!"

The crew doing the work was very professional, respectful and kept us updated of the progress and of any issues arose during installation that was outside of their control. "Ince my install date was confirmed, I was told that the crew would be out between 9-10a on Monday 6/1. Promptly at 9am Ramon and Giovanni arrived and began getting set up. I was introduced to both of them and brought them down to where the control box was going to be installed. From there, they were off to work. They were super efficient, super professional and very neat. Anything they touched or moved, they put back. They were done within a few hours and gave me a quick tutorial on the controller before going out and checking the system and the directions of the sprinkler heads one last time. I was beyond impressed and very happy I made the decision to use YardWorks. "

"I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
