My first visit to Quality Tile was over a decade ago, and it is still where I go today. What is notable about them, besides the gorgeous stones they carry, is the wonderful in-store experience they offer. Even when they have been busy, I have never felt rushed or pressured. I received a definitive and detailed quote for the cost of the job; they worked within my timeline; and the installers were at the top of their game. They are a small business, but they run a five-star operation.

Quality Tile was wonderful! I had been to the big box stores and to several stone companies around the state looking for countertops. I was nervous about this large purchase and since this was my first granite purchase I needed my hand held. I decided to try Quality Tile and I am really glad I did. They were easy to work with and had a very good selection of slabs and I thought the prices were pretty good. I love that they are a family company. They were extremely patient with me during the selection process and were very knowledgeable about the stone. Once I picked the slabs and they did the template, I was able to go back to their location to help place the template on the slabs exactly where I wanted them. The team of installers were polite, quick and cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend Quality Tile.

They did an excellent job

Prices were comparable to the big broad stores, they put us in touch with contractors whose prices were less than what the big broad stores charge. The contractors they put us in were all prompt and thorough and did excellent work. They are easy to deal with, they have a wide selection of cabinets and counter tops, good price, good terms, good service and nothing but positive response.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Quality Granite! My husband and I are new to the area and shopped around for a long time to find what we liked for the best price. Our taste is really champagne on a beer budget - so we knew it would take a special place to fit our needs. Quality had a beautiful selection... it was aparent that much time and attention was taken to select the granites, marbles, etc that they had. There are larger stone yards in the area - but they aren't worth your time. Veronica (the manager) was amazing - she totally understood what we were going for and helped us select the perfect pieces aestetically and financially. She made the whole selection process so enjoyable! Bill (the owner) was amazing and really worked with our renovation schedule for templating, fabrication and install. As a nervous nelly he certainly set all my worries at ease. Denise (the owner's wife) and Duval (the lead fabricator) were lifesavers today and actually came out to help with a small issue we had with our bathroom sinks - angels:) Truely these are people you will want to do business with - we could not be happier with the outcome and we made some wonderful friends in the process.

This is the third home in which we have used their services and as always they were great to work with. Bill Place does a great job with the template so that when it comes in it fits perfectly... I recommend his company to everyone I know...

THEY DO NOT PRESSURE YOU WHEN YOU JUST WANT TO ASK THEM QUESTIONS. THEY ONLY TOOK THREE HOURS TO INSTALL THE COUNTERTOPS. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS.
