"Great. They were on time and vacuumed the chemicals out that didn't unclog the drain. Then they opened the pipe below the disposal and snaked down to the clog in a pipe in the basement. They took the extra step to snake again with a larger gage snake to open up the pipe as much as possible from the basement so they wouldn't have to come back in a few months. They explained how to prevent clogs and how my pipe configuration was prone to clogging due to things like 90 degree angles. Jon and the guy he came with (sorry I forget his name) were friendly and professional- overall great to work with. The whole thing was done in 90 minutes and that includes taking the extra step to snake a second time from a basement access to the pipe and to clean-up. The service was also faster and less expensive than the last time when I used a larger company to do the same thing."

"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. "Derek was punctual, courteous, determined and patient.  Everything went "as expected" while he installed the mount to the wall, but when it came time to actually putting the tv onto the mount, he ran into a bit of a "snag".  I know this sounds like a simple task, but removing the tv stand from the tv was probably the hardest part of the install.
There was no obvious way to remove the stand, so after several minutes of both Derek and my brother-in-law doing everything conceivable to remove it, they asked if I still had the manual.  Of course I couldn't find it (even after almost 20 minutes of searching) but I did find the box (which had the model number on it).   So Derek took to the internet.  He searched the entire directory of the company to find out how to remove the stand from a decades old tv.  It was so old that he had to go into the company's archives to discover that in order to get to where the stand was attached to the tv, 3 layers of coverings had to be removed.  I am sure that this install took Derek much longer than he had bargained for, yet he remained pleasant and professional the entire time.
**When I first purchased this Big Deal, I figured the price to be a fair price based on the time and labor I thought the install probably would require.  But considering all the time that Derek was there and all of the effort he put in to ensuring I was a happy customer, I now rate both the price and the entire experience as EXCELLENT.
