"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

He was incredibly thorough with his work, running multiple tests, and not leaving my home until he was 100% sure the clog had been fully cleared. "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"Derek was punctual, courteous, determined and patient.  Everything went "as expected" while he installed the mount to the wall, but when it came time to actually putting the tv onto the mount, he ran into a bit of a "snag".  I know this sounds like a simple task, but removing the tv stand from the tv was probably the hardest part of the install.
There was no obvious way to remove the stand, so after several minutes of both Derek and my brother-in-law doing everything conceivable to remove it, they asked if I still had the manual.  Of course I couldn't find it (even after almost 20 minutes of searching) but I did find the box (which had the model number on it).   So Derek took to the internet.  He searched the entire directory of the company to find out how to remove the stand from a decades old tv.  It was so old that he had to go into the company's archives to discover that in order to get to where the stand was attached to the tv, 3 layers of coverings had to be removed.  I am sure that this install took Derek much longer than he had bargained for, yet he remained pleasant and professional the entire time.
**When I first purchased this Big Deal, I figured the price to be a fair price based on the time and labor I thought the install probably would require.  But considering all the time that Derek was there and all of the effort he put in to ensuring I was a happy customer, I now rate both the price and the entire experience as EXCELLENT.
