Bob Bedford is a professional carpenter with roughly 30 years of experience. He is a licensed contractor and inspector in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Bob tracks all of the tasks in the project: each line of action in the project requires plans, permits, skills, tools, materials, and arrangements. He works with very skilled subcontractors and suppliers of appliances and materials. Bob has built mutual trust with these partners and it shows. Parts and appliances arrived on time. Subcontractors found the site ready for them to do their work and move on. Negotiating and confirming every element in advance, Bob kept the project moving ahead despite the pandemic related supply chain problems and high demand for the services of the people involved. Every project on an our 1920 house includes some hidden conditions. Bob has seen most of these and was careful to warn us that there would likely be surprises. There were. He asked me a few questions and then he asked me to send him photos of my water tank, including the detailed info on the labels from the front of the tank. I did. They removed sections of the wall so that insulation could be installed. They began the repair process. An Insurance Adjuster inspected the damage. Once my insurance company sent the money for full repairs, I asked Wil Reyes to come and give me an estimate. William Reyes has a great team of contractors and painters. They even moved my furniture into and out of the Pod. My ceiling was repaired. Installation was inserted into the vulnerable areas of the walls and the ceiling. New sheetrock was applied, , sanding was done, the walls and ceiling were primed and painted. My living room was like new! I asked if I could add installation of a dishwasher and painting my bathroom. The guys removed old border, sanded and painted. All of this was done at a reasonable price. This team works hard.
