Well, until I receive the written report I will not really understand how all this lead inspection really works. One week to wait for reports seems rather long since it affects my tenants and my pay. As a lab director myself I have to wonder where they send the tests needed

They were very helpful. Answered all my questions even before they came and did the inspection. I felt that they were really taking care of me. I like getting a person on the phone also. You never get a machine. And they told me about a way to get money back for doing work on my apartments. I got $5,000. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
